My research orientation is in Micro-Organizational Behavior. 

Primarily drawing from theories of identity and meaningful work, my research focuses on how individuals navigate and reshape their identities, views of work, and relationships in response to significant organizational or work-related events.

This sub-stream explores how individuals navigate and reshape their identities, especially in response to significant organizational or personal events. ​

Meaningful Work

This sub-stream focuses on how individuals navigate and reshape views of work and meaningful relationships after experiencing significant events or in unlikely/challenging contexts.
